Workspace & branding
Workspace settings apply to a single client workspace. If you have multiple workspaces (clients), each has its own branding settings.
To access: Settings → Workspace (select the workspace in the sidebar first)
Workspace name
The workspace name represents the client this workspace belongs to — for example, “City of Brisbane” or “BHP Operations”. It helps you distinguish workspaces in the sidebar and in the admin dashboard.
The workspace name is not shown to clients on share links — only your organisation name and logo appear there.
Branding
Branding settings control how your share links look to clients.
Accent colour
The accent colour is used on:
- Buttons (View, Download all)
- Active navigation highlights
- The header message border
Pick a colour that matches either your own brand or your client’s brand — whatever looks most professional for that relationship.
To change: Settings → Workspace → Accent colour → click the colour swatch → Save.
Default header message
A short message shown at the top of every new share link created in this workspace. For example:
“Thanks for working with Lone Star Surveying. Please review the deliverables below and let us know if you have any questions.”
This can be overridden per link in the Sharing tab. Leave it blank if you don’t want a default message.
Plan information
The Plan & usage tab shows your current plan tier, storage used, and monthly limits. See Plans & pricing →.
Viewer API keys
Optional third-party API keys for higher-quality map tiles in viewers. See Viewer API keys →.
