Organisation settings

Organisation settings apply across all workspaces and share links in your organisation.

To access: Settings → Organisation (in the left sidebar)

Organisation name

Your organisation name appears alongside your logo on all share links. It should be your company or trading name as you want clients to see it (e.g. “Lone Star Surveying” or “AerialTech Group”).

To change: Settings → Organisation → Organisation name → Save.

Your logo appears in two places:

  1. The sidebar of the Swyvl app (next to your organisation name)
  2. All share links (alongside the organisation name in the header)

Data region

Your data region is the geographic location where all your files are physically stored. This is set when your organisation is created and cannot be changed afterward.

Roles

There are two roles:

Every team member is invited as either Owner or Editor. There is no separate “viewer” or “admin” role.

  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email and choose a role
  4. They receive a magic-link email; if they don’t have a Swyvl account, they sign up via the link

You can revoke a pending invite at any time. Invites expire after 7 days if unused.
